Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, benefits, HR, finance).
• Workday Extend: Development and configuration of Workday Extend applications.
• Workday Orchestrate: design modular orchestrations and link external APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Workday Studio: develop complex integrations with multiple systems and data mappings.
• Pre-built connectors: leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors for efficient integrations.
• Develop integration workflows and data synchronization between systems.
• Oversee deployment of integration solutions and ensure minimal downtime.
• Assist with data migration and updates aligned with Workday releases.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross‑functional teams to meet requirements.
