Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join the HR Technology team. You will oversee core HCM configuration for domestic and international colleagues, translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, and partner with HR partners and stakeholders.

This full-time hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and experience in Workday, reporting, and project delivery, with collaboration across IT, Payroll, and HR operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years creating complex reports and configurations in Workday.
• 3+ years working with HR technology landscape including cloud/mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll by delivering scalable Workday solutions.
• Represents Workday capabilities to stakeholders and aligns with roadmap priorities.
• Performs requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing and documentation.
