Qualifications

• Experience leading HR technology programs and digital transformations.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering technology solutions in Agile environments.
• Experience with HR platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits) and integration across systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR technology experience strategy across HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and solution design for HR technology initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile platforms.
• Develop operating models, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Partner with product managers, engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting to measure outcomes.
