CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Configuration Analyst to join the HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international users, collaborating with business partners and technical teams.

The role emphasizes functional and technical expertise, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and release readiness across Workday Core HCM and related modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience gathering requirements, design solutions, configuring Workday, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.
• 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs with HR partners and shared services.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships to ensure solutions are designed and implemented.
• Collaborates with partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap priorities.
• Evaluates Workday capabilities through research and testing.
• Maintains deliverables list, timelines, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Supports enhancements, defects, and project requests with timely solutions.
• Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, and documents functional designs and test plans.
• Leads regression testing and liaises with cross-functional teams on impacts.
