Qualifications

5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
4+ years with calculated fields, reports and various configurations in Workday.
4+ years configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
3+ years working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
3+ years gathering requirements, fit gap analysis, design solutions, configuring Workday, UAT, documentation.
2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to resolve defects.

Responsibilities

Provides integral support to HR and Payroll organizations for technology needs, collaborating with HR Partners and Shared Services across all business segments.
Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology to ensure effective design and implementation of solutions.
Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, designs functional solutions, and tests Workday configurations.
Maintains up-to-date documentation and tracks deliverables and timelines.
