CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team, delivering scalable Workday solutions for HR and Payroll operations.

The role supports domestic USA and international employees, collaborating closely with HR Partners, COEs, and Shared Services to drive requirements, design, testing and analytics. A hybrid schedule with potential onsite days is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll organizations for technology needs, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Shared Services across all segments.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology to design and implement solutions.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support the Workday Core HCM functional area and roadmap, including global priorities.
• Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, designs functional solutions, configures Workday, and conducts testing.
