Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. This role focuses on supporting HR and Payroll operations with scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees.

The ideal candidate will combine functional and technical expertise, working with both technical and non-technical partners to optimize business processes. The role may require onsite work two days per week at select hubs, with full-time remote candidates also

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years’ experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years’ experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years’ experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years’ experience gathering requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to the HR and Payroll organizations for technology needs across HR Technology and HR Shared Services.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships to ensure solutions and initiatives are designed and implemented.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
• Leads translation of business requirements to technical solutions and creates timelines.
• Performs user acceptance testing and creates test plans and outcomes.
• Generates reports and analytics to support business needs.
