CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations with scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees.

You will partner with HR and IT to design, configure, test, and implement Workday Core HCM, manage releases, and deliver analytics to drive business outcomes while aligning with global priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years with calculated fields, complex reports and Workday configurations.
• 3+ years working with HR tech landscape including cloud/mobile tech.
• Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and functional design.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR and Payroll tech needs, aligning with HR Partners and Shared Services.
• Maintains deliverables, timelines, and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Translates business requirements into technical Workday solutions and roadmaps.
• Leads testing, documentation, and regression activities for Workday releases.
• Generates reports and analytics to support various business needs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent delivery.
