CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. The role focuses on delivering scalable Workday Core HCM solutions for US and international employees, partnering with payroll, legal and HR stakeholders.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, manage configuration and testing, and support release cycles. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Workday HCM are required, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring Workday application, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.
• 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll organizations for technology needs across HR across business segments.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology for effective design and implementation.
• Partners with business and technical teams to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap priorities.
• Gathers requirements and translates them into functional designs and configurations.
• Manages timelines, progress reports, and ensures delivery meets business objectives.
• Supports Workday release cycles, regression testing, and change management.
