Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an HRIS/Workday expert to ensure data integrity and support system changes and integrations across our global HR team. You will manage configuration, testing, and documentation while collaborating with UKG Pro WFM and other HR systems.

You will contribute to process improvements and support a diverse, worldwide user base with a strong focus on customer service and timely delivery of HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience with HCM systems preferred.
• 2+ years of Workday experience in Workday HCM, Learning, Talent, Compensation, or Reporting preferred.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformations, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, PICOF, PECI, WECI, BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test Workday changes and integrations.
• Maintain HRIS procedure documentation.
• Perform Workday system health checks and health monitoring.
• Develop and test Workday integrations and reports.
• Collaborate with global HR team on updates, issues, and resolutions.
• Support administration and maintenance of Workday and related HR systems.
