The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HR, strong communication, and discretion with confidential information, plus proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR or employee services experience.
• Experience with Workday, UKG, and ADP preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day HR transactions in HRIS systems.
• Perform high-volume data entry and employee data validation.
• Audit benefits data and payroll-related files.
• Resolve data discrepancies across Workday, ADP, and UKG.
• Generate reports and support HR projects.
