TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a skilled HRIS/Workday specialist to maintain data integrity and drive system improvements across global HR processes. You will configure Workday, develop integrations, and produce reports while supporting the HR Centers of Excellence.

You will collaborate with the Global HR Team, UKG Pro WFM, and ADP payroll stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure data quality, and deliver user-friendly documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of experience with HCM systems is preferred.
• 2+ years of Workday experience in Workday HCM, Learning, Talent, Compensation or Reporting is preferred.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformations, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, PICOF, PECI, WECI, BI Reports (BIRT), XPATH/XSLT2.0/3.0, SOAP and REST Web services is desirable.
• Good knowledge on Workday Integration services includes Retrieval Service, Delivery Service, Attribute and Maps Service, Report Service, Transaction Log and Integration Field Override Services.
• Good knowledge in Prism, XSLT and Web Services. Advanced reporting tools are highly desired.
• Experience in a global organization and with UKG Pro WFM is desired.
• Experience coordinating ADP Managed Payroll is desired.

Summary Description

While reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert and technical point-of-contact for Workday to ensure data integrity for functional and technical activities, which serves over 4,500 employees worldwide. This role operates within a collaborative team environment in conjunction with the UKG Pro WFM team. Primary responsibilities include configuration & testing of system changes, development & testing of integrations, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. You will support the on-going administration, maintenance, and management of TOPPAN’s HRIS (Workday) in addition to other HR related systems. You will provide support to the Global HR Team and will also assist in maintaining Workday documentation while providing great customer service to our user base.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist the HR Technology Team in supporting Workday configuration roadmap, releases, and continued adoption
• Maintain and update internal HRIS procedure documentation
• Workday “system health check”
• Workday integration development
• Process improvement / optimization within multiple functional areas
• Assist in providing support to HR Centers of Excellence
• Correspond regularly with global HR team for updates/issues/resolutions
• Other projects as assigned

Ideal location is our Charlotte, NC or Hartsville, SC but open to Remote for the right candidate. CST or EST time zone preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of experience with HCM systems is preferred.
• 2+ years of Workday experience in one or more of the following functional areas is preferred (Workday HCM, Workday Learning, Workday Talent, Workday Compensation, Workday Reporting).
• Expertise in one or multiple of the following: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformations, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, PICOF, PECI, WECI, Business Intelligence Reports (BIRT), XPATH/XSLT2.0/XSLT3.0/XSLT-FO, SOAP and REST Web services.
• Good Knowledge on Workday Integration services includes Retrieval Service, Delivery Service, Attribute and Maps Service, Report Service, Transaction Log and Integration Field Override Services.
• Good Knowledge in Prism, XSLT and Web Services.
• Advanced knowledge of reporting tools is highly desired.
• Experience working in a global organization is highly desired.

• Experience coordinating ADP Managed Payroll is desired.

This is a progression position and could be a level I, II, III or IV. Compensation and progression level will be based on candidate’s experience and education, and current business needs.
