Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to serve as a Workday expert, safeguarding data integrity for 4,300+ employees worldwide and collaborating with the UKG Pro WFM team.

Based in Charlotte, NC or Hartsville, SC with hybrid or remote options, you will configure changes, develop integrations, write reports, maintain Workday docs, and provide excellent user support to the Global HR Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience with HCM systems preferred.
• 2+ years Workday experience across HCM, Learning, Talent, Compensation, or Reporting.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and reporting tools.
• Experience with Workday integration services and Web services.
• Global organization experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday configuration roadmap, releases, and adoption.
• Maintain internal HRIS procedures and documentation.
• Process improvements across multiple functional areas.
• Support HR Centers of Excellence.
• Coordinate with global HR team on updates and issues.
• Handle other projects as assigned.
