Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a seasoned Workday Partner HCM & Compensation Lead to drive enterprise Workday HCM and Compensation initiatives from strategy through deployment. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and partner with CHROs and HR leaders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of Workday consulting and strong leadership, governance, and change management capabilities, with a focus on HCM, Compensation, and advanced compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of Workday consulting experience.
• 5+ years leading Workday HCM and Compensation implementations.
• Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Workday deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and Compensation implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.
• Serve as the Functional Lead for Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation workstreams.
• Design and configure Workday solutions supporting Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Merit/Bonus Planning, Equity, Talent and Performance Management.
• Lead client advisory and stakeholder management, discovery sessions, and solution design meetings.
• Oversee project delivery, governance, risk management, and cross-functional team coordination.
