Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to support Workday Engineering for the Compensation product team. You will deliver advanced compensation solutions and lead critical US and global projects in an Agile environment.

The role requires expertise in Workday development, integrations, reporting, and adaptive planning, along with strong leadership and communication skills. 3 days in office at Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent.
• Workday development experience including integrations - EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting.
• BS/BA degree or higher in information technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
• Support sprint planning through planning and sizing development items.
• Develop, configure, and maintain integrations for Workday compensation products.
• Lead projects and act as escalation point, providing guidance to less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges.
