Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to manage and optimize the Workday platform across Procurement, Expenses, Banking, and Financial modules. The role collaborates with HR to ensure data integrity and will handle security, configurations, data loads, and upgrades.

The position supports contractors and vendors and requires strong communication and documentation skills, with extensive Workday ERP experience. Remote work is allowed from multiple US states and several countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, with FDM and HRIS exposure.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine support for Workday functional areas: Procurement, Expenses, Banking, GL, Projects, Budgeting.
• Operate in production environments with minimal oversight.
• Perform security maintenance, BP/configuration, data loads, integrations, upgrades.
• Monitor tickets and respond to daily requests; communicate proactively with customers.
• Create configurations: workflows, fields, validations, reports, dashboards, integrations, access rights.
• Write complex reports and calculated fields; develop advanced worksheets.
• Lead change management for new rollouts and upgrades; coordinate with external resources.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and drive timely decisions.
• Monitor system performance and drive process improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings; liaise with Workday user community.
• Other duties as assigned.
