Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to provide routine support across Workday modules and to maintain data integrity in collaboration with HR partners. The role includes security maintenance, configuration, data loads, integrations, and system upgrades.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of Workday ERP experience (FDM) and strong communication and documentation skills, with a track record in system rollout and process improvements. Remote role with US-based flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience with FDM exposure to HRIS.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Proven ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine support for Workday modules: Procurement, Expenses, Banking and Settlement, GL and Reporting, Assets, Projects, Budgeting and Planning.
• Manage security maintenance, BA process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with internal customers and external contractors to deliver projects on time.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and complex calculations.
• Lead change management during system rollouts and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
