Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to support the full Workday suite, including security, configurations, data loads, and integrations. This remote-based role collaborates with HR and other units to ensure data integrity and system efficiency across financial processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years Workday ERP experience (FDM) and proven contractor management skills, with strong communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 or more years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, with expertise in FDM and exposure to HRIS.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric systems with usability focus.
• Proven record of clear communication with diverse audiences and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for Workday functional areas: Procurement, Expenses, Banking, GL/Reporting, Assets, Projects, Budgeting.
• Supports production environment with minimal oversight.
• Performs security maintenance, BP configurations, tenant config, data loads, integrations, upgrades.
• Monitors tickets, responds to requests, and communicates with internal customers.
• Provides technical and functional expertise including solution review and recommendations.
• Creates technical configurations: workflows, fields, validations, reports, dashboards, integrations, access rights.
• Writes reports and complex calculated fields, objects, and worksheets.
• Validates issues and drives timely decisions.
• Leads change management for system rollouts and upgrades.
• Implements enhancements and coordinates external resources.
