United Talent Agency seeks a Coordinator to be the operational engine of the People Data team, handling high-volume, high-accuracy data entry across the full employee lifecycle in Workday. This fully remote role focuses on lifecycle transactions, shared inbox management, and data integrity for both regular and contract employees.

• 1-3+ years of HR operations / HRIS data entry experience.
• Hands-on Workday HCM across the employee lifecycle.
• Direct experience with Workday EIB data loads and mass updates.
• Data administration for contract/contingent workers alongside regular employees.
• Familiarity with Ashby (or a comparable ATS) and data handoffs.
• Experience managing a shared email inbox and ticketing queue with SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in Workday HCM (hires, changes, terminations).
• Enter and maintain data for regular and contract employees with correct worker types and cost centers.
• Perform Workday EIB data loads and mass updates per templates and controls.
• Reconcile position and worker data and prevent downstream errors.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personal employee data.
• Own and monitor the shared People Data email inbox and ticketing queue.
• Track request status, follow up, escalate blockers as needed.
• Provide clear written responses to employees and Partners.
