United Talent Agency (UTA) seeks a Coordinator to drive operating data workflows for the People Data team. This fully remote role focuses on high-volume, high-accuracy Workday data entry across the employee lifecycle, including contracts and ongoing updates.

The position manages a shared inbox and ticketing queue, follows SLAs, and collaborates with Payroll, Legal, and HR partners. You will hand off data from Ashby into Workday and support onboarding data readiness.

Formación

• 1-3+ years of HR operations / HRIS data entry experience with high accuracy.
• Strong hands-on Workday HCM experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Direct experience with Workday EIB data loads and mass updates.
• Experience administering data for contract/contingent workers alongside regular employees.
• Familiarity with Ashby (or similar ATS) and data handoffs to HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in Workday with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter and maintain data for regular and contract employees, ensuring correct worker types and cost centers.
• Perform Workday EIB data loads and mass updates following templates and audits.
• Reconcile position and worker data to prevent downstream issues in payroll and benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all employee data.
