United Talent Agency (UTA) seeks a Coordinator to drive the People Data team's daily operations, executing high-volume Workday transactions across the employee lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness.

This fully remote role manages a shared email and ticketing queue, supports onboarding, and reconciles data for both regular and contract workers while safeguarding confidentiality and privacy. A hands-on Workday expert will thrive here.

Competenze

• 1-3+ years of hands-on HR operations / HRIS data entry with high transaction volume.
• Strong hands-on Workday HCM experience across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, terminations).
• Direct experience with Workday EIB data loads and mass updates.
• Experience administering data for contract/contingent workers alongside regular employees.
• Familiarity with Ashby (or comparable ATS) and recruitment-to-HRIS data handoffs.
• Demonstrated experience managing a shared email inbox and/or ticketing queue against SLAs.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ownership over data accuracy.
• Strong written communication and ability to work with Payroll, Legal, Systems, PBP teams.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, Asana) and Slack.

Mansioni

• Workday Data Entry - Employee Lifecycle.
• Execute high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in Workday HCM with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter and maintain data for regular and contract/contingent employees, ensuring correct worker types and cost centers.
• Perform Workday EIB data loads and mass updates following templates and audit controls.
• Reconcile position and worker data to prevent downstream errors in benefits, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all employee data.
• Email & Ticketing Queue Management: manage the shared inbox and queue, triage requests, and meet SLAs.
• Track request status end-to-end; follow up and escalate blockers as needed.
• Provide clear written responses to employees, managers, and People Business Partners."
• Recruitment & Onboarding Data: handoff candidate data from Ashby into Workday; validate entry accuracy.
• Support onboarding data readiness for new hires and contract workers.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Systems to resolve data-sync issues between Ashby and Workday.
• Data Integrity & Process: run data audits, identify error trends, and flag remediation needs.
• Follow SOPs; help improve reference materials and checklists for lifecycle transactions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Workday configuration changes and upgrades.
