Qualifications

• 1–3+ years HR operations / HRIS data entry experience.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, terminations).
• Direct Workday EIB data loads and mass updates experience.
• Experience administering data for contract/contingent workers.
• Familiarity with Ashby (or similar ATS) and data handoffs between ATS and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume Workday transactions (hires, rehires, changes, terminations) with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain data for regular and contract workers, ensuring correct worker types and cost centers.
• Perform Workday EIB data loads and mass updates following templates and controls.
