Job summary

United Talent Agency is seeking a Coordinator to drive data entry for the People Data team, handling high-volume Workday transactions across the employee lifecycle. You will manage the shared email and ticketing queue, ensuring timely, accurate records for both regular and contract staff.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Workday experience, a meticulous eye for data integrity, and a proven ability to handle volume without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR operations experience with high transaction volume.
• Strong Workday HCM experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS and data handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in Workday with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain data for regular and contract employees, ensuring correct worker types and cost centers.
• Perform Workday EIB loads and mass updates following templates and audits.
• Reconcile position and worker data to prevent downstream errors in payroll and benefits.
• Manage shared email inbox and ticketing queue, meeting defined SLAs.
