Job summary

United Talent Agency (UTA) is seeking a Coordinator to act as the operational engine of the People Data team. You will perform high-volume Workday data entry across the employee lifecycle, manage the shared email and ticketing queue, and administer records for regular and contract employees in a fully remote role.

You will need deep Workday fluency, meticulous data integrity, and the ability to handle a heavy transactional volume without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in HR operations / HRIS data entry with high transaction volume.
• Strong Workday HCM experience across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, terminations).
• Direct experience with Workday EIB data loads and mass updates.
• Experience administering data for contract/contingent workers alongside regular employees.
• Familiarity with Ashby (or comparable ATS) and HRIS handoffs.
• Proven ability to manage a shared email inbox or ticketing queue against SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in Workday with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter and maintain data for regular and contract employees, including worker types and cost centers.
• Perform Workday EIB data loads and mass updates per templates and controls.
• Reconcile position and worker data to prevent downstream errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of personal employee data.
