You will drive detailed configuration and implementation of contract/offer automation across multiple countries, collaborating with HRIS and partner teams for phased rollout and eventual global Journeys. The role requires 5+ years in Workday HCM configuration, with hands-on experience in Recruiting, Journeys, Onboarding, and document generation using Workday Docs and DocuSign

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, specifically Recruiting and Journeys.
• Experience designing and deploying Journeys across multiple countries.
• Proficiency with Workday Docs and external e-signature integrations (e.g., DocuSign).

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting subprocesses including Offer, Employment Agreement, Onboarding.
• Build and update offer letters and employment contracts using calculated fields and data tokens.
• Setup multi-level approvals and security domains for document visibility.
• Integrate with external signing platforms for on-screen execution.
• Test complex rules and ensure smooth data handoff from pre-hire to active worker profiles.
• Design and maintain personalized journeys using Workday tooling.
• Connect Workday tasks with external links and third-party apps to streamline onboarding and transitions.
