Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday functional consulting experience.
• 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management.
• Experience with Workday HCM/HRIS.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday Financials Certification; SaaS industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a Workday implementation project for Zuora.
• Configure 70% Workday Financial Operations and 30% Workday HRIS/HCM.
• Configure General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Procurement, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.
• Gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Develop documentation and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify process improvements and advocate best practices.
