Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Workday Benefits Senior Consultant for a remote, long-term engagement. You will manage client projects, lead large deployments across HCM and Recruiting modules, and provide SME guidance in client sales discussions.

The role requires Workday Benefits certification and substantial experience with Workday implementations, mentoring peers, and delivering high-quality solutions across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years' experience defining scope, solving problems and driving process improvements.
• 2 to 3 years' experience leading a Workday or similar ERP implementation.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in functional HCM or recruiting deployments.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more areas of a large project and/or multiple projects.
• Manage all project stages from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate work of others across teams and vendors.
• Manage project FTE, scope, budget, quality and timelines.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and drive internal initiatives.
