Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Workday Consultant to support a major HR transformation from discovery through implementation. The candidate will focus on HR operations, processes, and business outcomes rather than only technical Workday work.

The role partners with the CHRO and HR leadership to assess current processes, define future-state requirements, and guide design, testing, and change readiness across recruiting, benefits, core HR, talent, compensation, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR/HRIS environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and operations.
• Hands-on Workday experience and HR transformation work.
• Experience with recruiting, benefits, core HR, talent, and onboarding.
• Ability to work with senior HR leaders and translate tech into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CHRO and HR leadership during discovery and implementation.
• Assess HR processes, systems, and workflows for optimization.
• Translate HR needs into Workday solutions and capabilities.
• Define business requirements and future-state processes.
• Lead or participate in discovery, requirements, design, testing, and readiness.
• Bridge HR stakeholders with technical teams to maximize value.
