Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to support a major HR transformation initiative from discovery through implementation. The ideal candidate will be business-focused, with a strong understanding of HR operations and processes in addition to Workday capabilities.

The role requires partnering with the CHRO and HR leadership to evaluate current processes, define future-state requirements, and provide strategic guidance throughout the transformation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR/HRIS environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and operations.
• Hands-on Workday experience within HR transformations.
• Proven ability to work with senior HR executives and business leadership.
• Experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, design, and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CHRO and HR leadership during discovery and implementation.
• Assess current HR processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate HR needs into Workday solutions and define future-state requirements.
• Provide guidance on Workday capabilities and HR best practices.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with HR stakeholders.
• Bridge gaps between HR business stakeholders and Workday teams.
• Support decision-making, process design, testing, and organizational readiness.
