Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to act as the enterprise expert for compensation and Total Rewards technology.

You will design, configure, and optimize scalable Workday solutions by partnering with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders across the organization. In this remote role, you will lead strategy, testing, and implementation of compensation programs, including annual planning, merit, and incentive programs, while guiding

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years of HR technology/HRIS/enterprise systems experience, with experience leading config initiatives.
• 5+ years Workday configuration experience with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and HCM.
• Experience configuring compensation processes including annual planning, merit, bonuses, salary structures, one-time payments.
• Experience gathering requirements, solution design, translating needs into Workday solutions.
• Experience leading testing: unit, SIT, UAT, release validation, production deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, implementation and support of Workday Compensation solutions.
• Serve as functional owner for compensation processes like annual planning, incentives and statements.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate into scalable system capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive governance, automation and optimization.
• Mentor and influence leadership on enterprise initiatives.
