Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to serve as the enterprise expert for Workday Compensation and Total Rewards solutions.

You will design, configure, test, implement, and continuously optimize scalable compensation processes across the organization, partnering with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll and Technology teams. As a senior SME, you will guide governance, drive automation, and translate complex business needs into sustainable system capabilities,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, finance, CS or related field; equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of HR technology, HRIS or related enterprise systems experience with lead configuration.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration with deep Workday Advanced Compensation and HCM.
• Experience configuring compensation processes: annual planning, merit, bonus, salary structures, one-time payments.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, translating needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience leading testing activities: unit, SIT, UAT, release validation, deployment.
