• Experience leading testing activities (SIT/UAT).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and configuration of Workday Compensation solutions.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Partner with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology and other stakeholders.
