Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to act as the enterprise expert for Workday Compensation and Total Rewards technology.

You will partner with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology teams to design, configure, implement, and optimize scalable compensation solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. The role involves strategy, design, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of compensation solutions, including annual planning,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR technology, HRIS, enterprise systems, or related experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and related HCM functionality.
• Experience configuring and supporting compensation processes, including annual compensation planning, merit increases, bonus and incentive programs, compensation eligibility, salary structures, and one-time payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Compensation solutions.
• Serve as functional owner for compensation-related processes including annual compensation planning, merit increases, bonus programs, salary structures, and one-time payments.
• Collaborate with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to optimize enterprise solutions.
