Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a seasoned Workday Compensation leader to drive design and configuration across compensation processes. You will collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to align solutions with strategic roadmaps, test and implement enhancements, and lead a team of analysts in delivering robust compensation configurations.

You will influence Workday design, oversee compensation setup, and stay current on Workday releases to continuously improve the employee experience and efficiency

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Workday Compensation.
• Experience in one or more HR domains with compensation processes (plans, eligibility, merit, bonus).
• Ability to translate functional requirements to technical language and facilitate consensus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
• Advise and influence Workday design and functionality as a COE Workday design partner.
• Provide oversight and guidance on Workday Compensation configuration and related processes.
• Nurture relationships with HR partners and Compensation stakeholders to understand roadmaps and needs.
• Prioritize large-scale COE-Workday projects aligned to HR strategy and manage expectations and resources.
• Oversee configuration and operation of Workday within Compensation modules; analyze gaps and optimize processes.
• Document functional requirements, create project plans, manage testing and readiness for Compensation configurations.
• Lead a team of analysts, providing direction, coaching, and review of Workday Compensation configurations.
• Stay informed on Workday releases and explore new features to enhance Compensation functionality.
