Strada is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant (AMS/post production) to lead external client engagements across the Workday lifecycle, focusing on Benefits/Compensation/Financials. You’ll manage multi-project deliverables, ensure adherence to Strada standards, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years in Workday or related SaaS, strong facilitation and Excel skills, and up to 20% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study required.
• 2 to 3 years experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning or Talent. Prior experience with other SaaS solutions may be considered.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent facilitation/presentation skills.
• Experience transforming business requirements into complex system configurations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and reliable performance.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Proficient to advanced MS Excel for data transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Independently consults with external clients and participates in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle from planning to deployment for HCM and/or Financials.
• Executes medium to large client deliverables across multiple concurrent projects using Strada’s standards.
• Manages scope, timeline and budget; coordinates with others as needed.
• Listens to client requests, assesses needs, and proposes solutions.
• Communicates lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Strada viewpoints to clients.
• Provides direction to junior colleagues by directing work and reviewing outputs.
• Participates in internal initiatives to build Strada brand and collateral.
• Participates in Workday ecosystem product groups and chats to strengthen knowledge.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert in functional/technical area with deepened skills.
• Creates work estimates for small to large bodies of work.
