Strada Global is seeking a Workday Benefits Functional Consultant (AMS/post production) to independently consult with external clients throughout the Workday project lifecycle, focusing on Benefits, Compensation, Learning, or Talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline required.
• 2 to 3 years experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning or Talent.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills.
• Experience transforming business requirements into complex system configurations.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Workday Benefits certification required; multiple certifications a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Consult with external clients through the Workday project lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment (HCM and/or Financials).
• Deliver medium to large client work from start to finish across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with team members and manage scope, timeline, and budget.
