Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant to help drive client outcomes across Workday HCM and Financials projects. In this AMS/post-production role, you will design, configure, test, and deploy Workday benefits solutions while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

You will manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and mentor colleagues on best practices and Strada’s methodology. Required are a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years Workday experience, strong Excel skills, and Workday Benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline.
• 2–3 years experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning or Talent.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E‑Business, UltiPro or other SaaS solutions.
• Workday deployment and/or post-production experience strongly preferred.
• Previous consulting experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Independently consults with external clients and participates in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle.
• Delivers medium to large client deliverables across concurrent projects.
• Creates work estimates for small to large bodies of work.
• Provides direction to junior colleagues and reviews deliverables.
