Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to join our AMS Practice. You will configure, test, and implement Workday integrations, ensuring timely, high-quality client deliverables across multiple projects. Growth into SME status is expected with exposure to various industries.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in Workday Integrations and a background in consulting or internal advisory roles, with a strong emphasis on standards, governance, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 2–3+ years of technology experience.
• 2–3+ years in Workday Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports).
• Program/project management experience required.
• Experience with Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle or SaaS apps preferred.
• Life cycle development understanding expected.
• Consulting experience valued.
• Familiarity with OO programming, APIs, XML rendering, XLTs, web services.
• Role does not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Workday HCM and/or Financials across project lifecycles.
• Meet project timelines and quality standards for deliverables.
• Develop expertise across domains (Compensation, Benefits, Financials).
• Create work estimates for medium to large projects.
• Collaborate with team and client to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and review their work.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and best practices.
