Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant (AMS/post production) to lead client engagements from planning through testing and deployment for HCM/Financials. You will deliver complex Workday configurations, manage scope and timelines, and mentor junior staff while supporting internal Strada initiatives.

The role requires Workday Benefits certification, strong consulting and Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study required.
• 2 to 3 years previous experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning or Talent.
• Prior experience may include PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions. Workday deployment/post-production experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into complex system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Independently consults with external clients across Workday project lifecycle (planning to deployment) for HCM/Financials.
• Executes medium to large client deliverables across multiple projects.
• Manages scope, timeline and budget; coordinates with others.
• Provides subject matter expertise and recommends solutions.
• Mentors less experienced colleagues and contributes to internal initiatives.
