Responsibilities

• Analyzes, defines and documents complex business requirements and processes relating to Workday functional area.
• Leads design and reviews of existing or new functionality/configuration with stakeholders.
• Manages multiple projects, resources, and timelines across Workday lifecycles.
• Provides guidance and thought leadership on how skills can help client needs and participates in Life cycle phases.
• Establishes and maintains client relationships; communicates feedback to leadership.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Workday functional area and participates in training to stay current.
• Contributes to knowledge management with lessons learned and best practices.
