Job summary

Strada Inc. is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant (AMS/post production) to drive client success from planning through deployment. You will collaborate with clients to translate requirements into Workday configurations, deliverables, and strategic guidance while leveraging Strada’s methodologies.

The role emphasizes post-production support, active governance across projects, and sharing best practices with teammates. A flexible work arrangement is offered, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study.
• 2–3 years implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits or related SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently consult with external clients and participate in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and deployment.
• Deliver medium to large client work across multiple concurrent projects using Strada quality standards.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and help build Strada brand and collateral within the Workday ecosystem.
