Strada is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations across multiple projects. You’ll deliver medium to high complexity reports and work with clients to drive effective solutions in HCM and Financials modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline.
• 2–3+ years of experience in one or more technologies.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Workday Integrations developing EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports, etc.
• Previous program/project management experience.
• Experience implementing/supporting Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle or other SaaS based applications preferred.
• Development life cycle knowledge across phases.
• Analyst experience, technical or functional, expected.
• Consulting experience either internal or with a consulting/software organization.
• Familiarity with object oriented programming, APIs, XML rendering, and web services.

Responsibilities

• Configure and unit test Workday integration requirements.
• Ensure timely and quality client deliverables on Workday projects.
• Lead medium to large bodies of work across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Develop into a subject matter expert and provide guidance to teammates.
• Involve in deployment and support of Workday HCM/Financials throughout the project lifecycle.
