Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Consultant or Senior Consultant to lead functional implementations of Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation modules. You will drive client delivery from discovery through deployment, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring quality outcomes on complex projects.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–7+ years of consulting, and Workday certification. Travel up to 50% is expected; we support remote work and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or relevant field of study.
• 3 to 7+ years of consulting experience implementing financials systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience transforming business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and ongoing Workday certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables on Workday projects.
• Consult with clients across Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation domains from discovery to deployment.
• Lead or participate in project lifecycle activities and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp and share lessons learned.
• Maintain documentation, test configurations, and support ongoing certification.
