Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years in technical support or IT operations.
• Strong written communication skills; ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and escalation processes.
• Familiarity with change management awareness and basic security and disaster recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming support requests and triage accordingly.
• Research and apply solutions independently before escalating; own the troubleshooting process.
• Monitor batch processing and integration jobs; identify failures and recover per documented steps.
• Identify and report system performance anomalies, access issues, and integration failures.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions; maintain knowledge base articles.
• Provide timely status updates to end users and stakeholders; communicate in clear, non-technical language.
• Perform projects and other duties as assigned.
