Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking an Application Support Analyst to act as the primary contact for enterprise application support operations. You will triage, troubleshoot, monitor batch processing, and maintain clear communication with end users throughout ticket lifecycles.

The role emphasizes independent problem-solving, knowledge-base development, and SLA-driven support with opportunities to work on projects within a remote US-based team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
1+ years in technical support or IT operations.
Strong written communication and ability to follow troubleshooting procedures.
Familiarity with enterprise applications, data flow, change management, security, and DR basics.
Experience with Workday or similar ERP/HCM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for incoming support requests and triage accordingly.
Research and apply solutions independently before escalating when needed.
Monitor batch processing and integration jobs; address failures and recover per procedures.
Document issues and resolutions; update knowledge base to reduce repeats.
Provide timely status updates in clear, non-technical language to end users.
