Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Payroll Support Advisor to provide advanced technical and payroll processing support to Payroll Services teams, ensuring timely, accurate issue resolution within SLAs. Lead complex troubleshooting, acting as a subject matter expert for payroll systems and processes across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, strategic payroll processing support to Payroll Services teams.
• Resolve complex inquiries and troubleshoot system/process issues with timely remediation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.
• Lead webinars, document best practices, and contribute to SOP improvements.
