Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Managed Payroll Specialist to provide end-to-end payroll processing support for our Managed Payroll customers. This remote role operates in a fast-paced team and supports all OSV customers across service levels, including Workday payroll configuration and year-end support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• 3+ years of customer experience or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes, payroll configuration, and payroll compliance.
• Experience with Multi-Jurisdiction tax, Year End, and W-2 support.

Responsibilities

• Act as named Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative customers.
• Support other OSV payroll, tax and garnishment customers as needed within the service team.
• Manage and respond to cases daily to ensure SLAs and high client satisfaction.
• Respond to internal escalated cases from payroll team and other stakeholders.
• Manage timely resolution of customer issues, perform Root Cause Analysis and implement remedial procedures.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly client calls.
• Participate in new client transition and other service area calls (e.g., tax).
• Configure basic to medium complex Workday pay components and support year-end processes.
• Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports and make recommendations.
• Meet quality and production metrics and maintain payroll documentation.
• Collaborate with peers and customer teams to resolve requests.
