Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator to focus on Integrations, Studio & Projects, and internal staffing modules. You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module to support government programs and staffing projects.

The role requires hands-on Workday experience, the ability to manage data loads and security, and strong troubleshooting skills. This is a remote, US-based contract with potential conversion to direct hire and a start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Processes (BPs), condition rules, and notifications within the architectural standards.
• Administer Workday security changes, including role- and user-based security groups; perform access reviews.
• Build and maintain standard and custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards for daily operations.
