Job summary
Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio, and Projects. You’ll own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with HCM to translate decisions into reliable Workday configurations.
You’ll ensure audit-ready, scalable setup and actively improve data quality and processes. This is a remote, full-time contractor role (1099) with flexible scheduling for a US-wide candidate and potential government-background
Qualifications
- Hands-on Workday administration experience required.
Responsibilities
- Administer Workday security changes (roles/users) and reports/dashboards for day-to-day needs.
- Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
- Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates following HCM standards.
- Monitor Workday releases, perform impact analysis, configuration, and regression testing.
- Provide first-line technical support and end-user training for the teams.
- Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
