Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Workday Administrator to own integrations, Studio and the Projects module. You will partner with the HCM Manager to translate decisions into reliable configuration and ensure audit-ready governance in a remote, US-based setup.

This role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, HCM certification, and strong analytical skills. A hybrid or fully remote arrangement is possible within the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM required.
• Ability to build reports and configure business processes across Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Processes, rules, and notifications within standards.
• Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
• Create reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for daily ops.
• Perform data audits, validation, and remediation across systems.
• Support data loads and mass data updates per governance.
• Monitor releases, perform impact analysis, and coordinate UAT.
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
• Own incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
• Assist audit requests related to configuration, access, and data.
